Employees work on a variety of tasks and are offered the opportunity to learn as much about the coffee busines as they wish to. Working hours can be adjusted somewhat to meet recreational or family desires. Jakson Hole offers a beautiful setting in which to work and play.
Housing is around $400/month for a roommate situation in Jackson and should be arranged in the spring of fall. Some employees choose to commute from the communities of Victor or Driggs Idaho or from Alpine Wyoming.
